Our international launchlabs team (Sofia, Berlin Basel) was commissioned by Axel Springer to design a leadership innovation sprint that delivers solutions which can accelerate the company in a media world dominated by big tech platforms, fake news and ever changing readers.

SOLUTION
Working with a core team, we defined three data-based scenarios - fighting the big tech platforms, partnering with them or creating a new platform. We then had a 3-day summit with 120 leaders who flew in from all over the world to develop innovative ideas for each.
