Accenture ATC Bulgaria's CEO wanted to inspire and motivate his leadership team to apply everyday strategic and innovative thinking and come up with ideas for the company’s strategy retreat. There was also a recognized need for the leadership to collaborate better between each other and to work closer with their teams.
