Internal innovation program to activate brand values
PROBLEM
The new Yettel brand promised to bring balance to human lives. To gain credibility and support among its people, the leadership team aimed to give employees an opportunity to fill the brand values with meaning and substance, while also building long-lasting capacity for innovation.

SOLUTION
To generate ideas and nurture innovation mindset, we organised a two-day ideathon followed by team coaching sessions. Innovative concepts were developed then business models and prototypes.

+ 4 out of the 8 brand initiatives were approved for launch
+ Yettel won the award for best employer brand with this project
+ Accelerated adoption of the new brand promise and innovation capacity
RESULT
40 Yettel employees and 10 leaders from all departments took part in the program. Using design thinking, helped them to actively collaborate and come up with innovative initiatives for the Yettel new brand promise in an extremely short time farme.
