Econt went through a rapid business development and became a leader on the market. It won the image of a dynamic and innovative company that had to be represented in HQ. Moreover the company adopted design thinking as a way of working and needed space where teams can co-create and ideate.
Redesign the HQ office of the company in line with its dynamic image and day-to-day operations. Allow for dynamic reorganization of the space for newly formed project teams.
We combined onsite observations with in depth interviews in order to identify the challenges with the present setup from a leadership, employee and visitors perspective. In this process we worked with a group of dedicated Econt people who helped us map the various journeys and co-create the new office space layout and functionalities. We also worked in close collaboration with the brand manager in order to create a space in which anyone could feel the brand.
Light, modern design including bespoke furniture that is functional and agile. The new design is playful and creative and more importantly allows newly formed project teams to create and disband their own workspace on a whim.
